  1. All products are digital and delivered via instant download. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link.

  2. Delivery times are typically immediate but are subject to processing times and potential technical delays. If you do not receive your download link, you must contact us at jamesmauch967@gmail.com.

  3. You are responsible for downloading the product and ensuring your device meets any necessary technical requirements.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  3. If you experience a legitimate technical issue (e.g., a corrupted file), we will work with you to provide a replacement file. This does not constitute a refund.
